In late October to early November 2025, we experienced a data security incident. As soon as this came to our attention, we acted quickly and responsibly, working closely with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), Action Fraud, and Avon & Somerset Police.
We fully supported all enquiries, and the matter has now been concluded. We have been reassured that we were not found to be at fault.
This situation has been deeply upsetting for everyone involved. It has also played a significant role in our decision to bring the business to a close.
We are truly sorry for any concern this may have caused and appreciate the understanding and kindness shown to us during this time.
